If you want a lawyer that is knowledgeable, attentive, and empathetic, Erin is the way to go! I was initially facing 10 years, and she got me a deal for 2 years deferred instead. She held my hand throughout the whole process and answered every question I had throughout. I can't recommend her enough!

Very hard to talk to the lawyer after retainer Sep 4, 2025

5 stars for her pricing and honest feedback and courtesy of Mrs. Kelley. The issues you must know are: 1. After you pay retainer fee...very hard to talk to the lawyer. You only talk/email/text with her 'help,' not the lawyer, and they respond slow if ever. Takes 2-3 requests to get a question answered. 2. The 'help' may be a Walmart cashier as the amount of errors they made are unbelievable. A. Sent me a court date invite with the wrong time of appointment. If I did not ask twice about it, I would have missed my 9am court and shown up at 4pm as that was on their email to me. B. After I paid in full, I received 3 email invoices telling me I owe more money...I emailed inquiring and no response. Week later new invoice asking for more than the first...I text them, no response. I did get a 3rd invoice as the response. After I complain that I'm feeling harassed, and telling them each payment I made by date, and demand the lawyer call me...the 'help' said... 'a previous paralegal didn't update my invoice'...no apologies or ownership of accountability on their end. Again the lawyer was nice, did her part getting a plea deal I was ok with, but note, once hired you only talk to her at a court appointment and deal with annoyances in-between, and her willingness to be fair on pricing I would hire her again.

There's so much I can say about Ms. Kelley, for starters she is an AMAZING lawyer!! She's passionate about what she does for her clients and works well with them. She's good with communicating, making sure that her clients get the answers they need in a perfect, timely manner! Even being in jail, she always makes sure she gets a message out to ensure that you have no worries! She's worked with ALL 5 TO 6 of my charges (don't judge), and with every single one of them, I either got dismissed, lowered down to misdemeanors WITH time served, and on every one of them, she was always there for me in court. If dates were needed to be moved out further just to make sure I get the best deal and best judge, she did JUST THAT! <3 She fought for me on a warrant that I had when went to court should have already been recalled and made sure got right back out of holding tank with very short amount time!! also helped my fiancé his cases as well, agg robbery case dismissed make fed status never fell through different case!!! has blessed us in many, many ways!
