I am Erin Kelley, attorney at law. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I moved to Texas for Law School, graduated, got married and built a life here. When taking time out from fighting for my clients, I like to spend time with my husband and our three rescue animals.
I always knew I wanted to be an attorney and I knew that I wanted to be a positive force in people’s lives. Since becoming a practicing attorney, I have been able to offer quality representation to my clients at an affordable price. After years of experience, I am a skilled negotiator and trial attorney.
I began learning Spanish when I was in High School and I worked my way through college waiting tables. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in political science and a minor in Latin. After which, graduated with a law degree from Texas Tech School of Law. While at Texas Tech, I also got my master’s in business administration from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business.
I think of my clients as more than just a case with a number. I strive to maintain good communication with my clients and their families. With every client, my goal is to carefully analyze the case, review discovery and provide honest communication about the realities of the situation. It is only with good communication, that a client can really make an informed decision.
I have been representing people with immigration situations since the beginning of my career, and have a lot of experience with these types of cases and understand how complicated they can be. I have represented clients both in criminal and immigration proceedings. While I no longer attend immigration court, I do work closely with several trusted immigration attorneys to give my clients the best defense with every aspect of their representation and the experience I gained at immigration has only made me a more effective criminal attorney.
